OUR THERAPISTS
Anne Childers, LMT is a graduate of the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis and the owner of Indigo. She is licensed by the State of Missouri, Nationally Certified, and a member of the ABMP Massage Association. Anne also works at the Healing Arts Center as a supervisor to beginning massage therapy students. She brings years of experience into her practice and offers a blend of Therapeutic and Swedish massage with acupressure and connective tissue techniques, creating a massage that will suit your specific needs. Her serene approach offers harmony, balance, and ease to your busy life.

Heather Morelan is a graduate of the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis and is licensed by the state of Missouri, nationally certified, and a member of the AMBP Massage Association. Her massage style is primarily therapeutic, combining acupressure and Swedish techniques to provide a relaxing whole-body experience.

Catherine Beckmann, LMT, is a graduate of the Healing Arts Center. She is licensed by the State of Missouri, Nationally Certified, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Catherine customizes each massage therapy session to accommodate the specific needs of her clients, resulting in a therapeutic and rejuvenating experience. Her style integrates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Acupressure and Reiki techniques into each session. She is also certified in Prenatal Massage.

Wade Umphries, LMT, B.S. spent a 20 year management career slouching over computer terminals and attending endless business meetings, so he has direct experience in the trenches and can empathize with many of the stresses of today's work and home life.


Katie Bohn is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and received her training in Florida and has recently moved back to St. Louis. She wants to pursue a master's degree in Dance and Movement Therapy. She is passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with others. Her classes provide a safe, compassionate, non-competitive space for self discovery.

Stacy Broussard has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has been a certified instructor for over three years. She enjoys helping students explore their capabilities on the mat through safe yet challenging instruction. Her teaching is grounded in the ancient tradition of yoga while playfully acclimated to the modern student, making her classes deeply satisfying for your mind body and spirit.
Stacy has always been fascinated by pregnancy and delighted to be in the presence of soon-to-be mamas. After experiencing the amazing benefits of a regular yoga practice during her own pregnancy, Stacy decided to become certified in prenatal yoga. It is her goal in teaching prenatal yoga to empower mothers and keep them in tune with their own inner wisdom and strength so that they too can experience the bliss that comes with being a parent.
